Guided Meditation - via Zoom | Tuesdays | 7 June 2022 to 28 June 2022
This is a four week programme, comprising four 90 minute sessions - one per week
Over the four weeks, I will teach you the tools to cultivate your meditation and mindfulness practice into a life long journey of self confidence, self love and happiness.
During each session, I will cover gentle stretches to do before and after each meditation, the correct techniques for seating, focusing your breathing, honing your skills to quieten your mind and how to go within to find calm.
This will be followed by a gentle guided meditation
This is ideal for beginners to meditation, through to those who are experienced,
Requirements:
A willingness to learn and open your mind
A cushion, a blanket, a meditation pillow or a bolster
A quiet space where you won't be disturbed
