What is spiritual healing?
Spiritual Healing is the practice of harmonising, balancing and restoring the spirit or soul. It is seen as an experience of reconnecting with our true nature.
There are many approaches to Spiritual Healing. Most healers will focus only on bringing balance to the etheric or non-physical energy field of the human body. Shamanic Healers focus on restoring the lost parts of the soul due to trauma that can manifest as a physical ailment in the body or a profound sense of loss in the heart. Other Holistic Healers focus on unifying the body, mind, heart and spirit. Some psychologists and therapists are beginning to bring spiritual healing into their session.
There are five types of spiritual healing:
Spiritual Healers who understand and work with the nature of the soul, will recommend a myriad of different methods such as self-love practices, self-care practices, soul retrieval, meditation and mindfulness exercises, ecotherapy, solitude and journaling amongst other methods.
