All sessions are approximately 45minutes in duration
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your 45minutes.
All appointments carry a five (5) day cancellation policy.
If it is your initial session, you will receive (via email) a 'confidential client case history and intake form' to complete and bring with you.
